
A Year of Learning with Autoimmunity
Let me share with you five major things I learned in my first year of using lifestyle changes to control my autoimmune symptoms. Autoimmune symptoms manifest in more ways than we realize, so it is important. to always be listening to our bodies and receive everything as information, even when it hurts.
