In this personal account, I share my journey of adopting the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) diet. After just one month, I found relief from chronic pain and discovered a renewed sense of energy. While experimenting with reintroducing coffee, I realized the profound effect that AIP had on my body, helping me live without pain, brain fog, or fatigue.
